What judgements am I mirroring?

Someone asked me recently why people take dislike me. We often believe that people must like us for who we are! Only if we all can ask ourselves, what judgements am I mirroring?
Did you know that everyone you meet daily is, in a way, a reflection of your thoughts, feelings and emotions?
Let us imagine a traffic situation. The day you wake up late and start late to the office is when all traffic lights turn red.
The day when you are running to catch a train is when you face maximum hurdles. We create our reality every day, and no one else is to blame for what we experience.
But then, there is an argument about doing everything right, but still, you land in a troublesome situation. How can something like that happen?
You did nothing wrong! The truth is- that we are all here to practice who we are, and we are here to practice being happy and help one another remind ourselves of our reality.
Some people live so profoundly in unhappiness, doubt, lies and other such failing situations that they believe more in despair and failure. Such persons can also derail a perfect condition and bring sorrow to themselves. Such is their familiarity with unhappiness.
In our schooling days, we encountered power cuts. The timing was unmistakable. If we did not have power cuts, we would raise our eyebrows like we were living in a miracle.
And a time came when power cuts were not as frequent anymore. It took time for us to settle into this new reality because power cuts were the familiarity we lived in.
When unhappiness is familiar, we will judge that happiness and breed unhappiness everywhere we go.
When people meet us, we will mirror only despair. Why would anyone want to see their sorrow in us? They will insulate themselves from us and live happily elsewhere.
Mirroring happiness is very easy, and happiness is our very nature. We need to practice reflecting on happiness until we establish ourselves in it. Here is a practice you can do to shift into happiness with the snap of a finger.
You can practice this affirmation: As you breathe in affirm, I receive love and happiness, and when you breathe out, affirm, I share love and happiness and direct it to the person, memory or situation in your mind.
Continue this practice until the worry, anger, sorrow, fear or despair is replaced by warmth in your chest and head. You will know it works when you see new people and connections forming.
