Amongst the three Doshas, Vata is the most unstable Doshas. It has several Gunas or properties. Eating cold, reheated, dry and bakery foods can aggravate Vata Dosha. Similarly, restless thinking anxiety can also influence Vata Dosha. Mahopeksha
Life takes unexpected turns where people who are friends, turn enemies, and the ones whom we thought weren’t close enough help us in troubled times.
We cannot hold grudges against anyone because our judgements can leave a scar that can never heal. Thereafter we can never be true to ourselves or the relationship.
Mahopeksha is a practice to cleanse your inventory of judgements, to free you from the past that has held you a hostage so that you can come back to your true nature.
Remember, only you can free yourself.
Bandha Parichheda
Bandha Parichheda is a transformative practice that helps release the hold of our memories and judgments, allowing us to experience a sense of freedom. By focusing on specific bandhas, or energy locks, we can create a mindful awareness that cuts through the clutter of past experiences. This practice encourages us to let go of attachments and preconceived notions, fostering a clearer connection to the present moment.
As we engage in Bandha Parichheda, we learn to recognize the patterns of thought and emotion that bind us. By consciously releasing these ties, we cultivate a state of inner peace and clarity. This not only enhances our mental well-being but also opens the door to deeper self-understanding and spiritual growth. Ultimately, Bandha Parichheda empowers us to reclaim our authentic selves, unencumbered by the weight of our past, inviting a renewed sense of freedom and possibility.
Agnihotra
Agnihotra is a pre-Vedic ritual. It is an offering to the creator of the Universes and their elements. In this ritual, we pray to the Sun, without whom life on earth is not possible and fire without whom warmth and transformation is not possible. Then, we pray to Prajapathi, the creator.
